I never get tired of reading about food. I'm always rummaging in old book shops seeking out the forgotten.


Obligatory book plug

Yes, like all chefs, I have a book in me. Actually probably more than one but the one I'm working on at the moment will hopefully be published towards the end of 2011.

It will be an homage to foraging, fine ingredients and fine cuisine. It should be out for Christmas and will, of course, make the perfect Christmas present. Watch this space.
